The HD51hydraulic crimp tool is intended to crimp terminals onto copper and aluminum cables with DMC’s HD51die sets. This small hand-held tool provides 5.5 tons of crimp force and up to 2/0 AWG conductors in many applications. It also features an automatic relief valve to prevent over-compression.

The HD51 hydraulic crimper features rugged construction and comfortable handle grips for the best ergonomic advantage. Thenumber of handle closures required to complete the crimp is reduced by the larger and more efficient hydraulic pump system. TheDMC1383 tool kit contains the HD51 hand tool and 12 dies for crimping insulated and uninsulated terminals and splices size 8through 2/0 AWG.
