DMC ST825 Swaging Tool Facilities 4226H1321

The DMC ST825 Swaging Tool is used to precision-swage cable terminals and is built to meet government specifications. Hardened steel dies are heat treated and are able to withstand impact that occurs during the swaging and cutting process. It operates on standard shop air pressure of 80-100 PSI. The tool and dies are offered separately or in a kit (DMC99). The complete tool consists of a cylinder and yoke assembly that is easily accessible for quick changing of dies, air hose assembly with a shut-off valve, and a single action foot control valve assembly with lubricator and air filter.
